What data powers our routes?

We build a custom cycling map for every city — we don't just use generic driving directions.

  • Street and bike-lane data from OpenStreetMap, so we know where protected lanes, paths and quiet streets are.

  • Elevation data, so we can avoid steep climbs where we can.

  • Street-lighting data (where available) for safer routing after dark.

Our SuperSafe model combines all of this to find the safest, quietest way from A to B.
